good structure, quiet area, easy access to the metro

The gym definitely needs better maintenance!!! Slipping treadmill belts make for a poor workout experience. It's frustrating to be charged extra upfront for room keys when my payment is already settled!!! Renovating some areas could really elevate the overall look.

i was expecting to be pampered, but instead dealt with a flooded bathroom floor and a not-so-friendly front desk. and just when you thought it couldn't get worse, the air con decided to be temperamental too. a room upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do after all this misery.

Breakfast buffet staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices were limited for Western cuisine, lacking basic items like cheese or ham, and the swimming pool felt somewhat abandoned at times, not living up to the potential of its location. Additionally, the hotel is quite a distance from downtown, making travel times longer than expected.

The breakfast was really something,, with a variety of healthy options and it made me feel good each morning. The infinity pool on the roof was perfect to unwind after a long day, looking at the skyline was simply beautiful.

It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable.

my stay at romance hotel sukhumvit 97 was better than my last visit to bangkok. the gym and pool were solid, and breakfast had great coffee. being close to the bts train station was a huge plus for getting around.

the room soundproofing was lacking.

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially since it was just a short walk to cafes and so close to the Museum of Thai Pharmacy, which was a lovely spot to explore and relax for a while.

The hotel features a lovely rooftop pool with impressive city views, and the complimentary coffee service at the lobby is a thoughtful touch. However, early check-in comes with a fee, and the layout can be a bit cramped. A convenient 7-11 nearby is a bonus.

The spacious Deluxe Double Room was a delight, featuring air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool offered stunning views, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast had a variety of options that catered to everyone, making mornings enjoyable.

The only downside was the distance from the city center.
